I think I'm happy with being a miserable cynic. Oxymorons aside, it's a strange feeling to wake up wanting to murder somebody every morning and two seconds later wearing a satisfied smile that it was the first thought in to my head. mmmm.

i went from a healthy 11st something to 9st something in around two weeks :/ i'm tall so 9st is not good!

on the plus side, Jonny's diet tips: If you don't mind your stomach being a bastard during the process of this, eat nothing but pasta pots from Tesco for two weeks whilst taking anti biotics.
