Oh that's the Darwin Awards. For people who remove themselves from the gene pool in a really stupid way - either by killing themselves or by reproductively destroying themselves.
Some idiot had a girlfriend who had a little dog. This guy liked to tease the dog, and one day he was climbing out of the shower and didn't have anything to tease the dog with. He decided to use his willy and wondered why the dog bit it!
