That's a sound plan. As long as they cover the period between the release of renegades single and the next album with new songs, I'll be fine.
Sending Out Waves kinda reminds me of Silent Cry, but then faster. Oh, and In Times Of Crisis too.

when I heard Sending Out Waves I said ''wow. Echo Park era!''. It's rocky but heads towards power pop too! If the album 2 is gonna sound like this I'll be over the moon!

I think the tour should be 1/2 greatest hits, 1/2 renegades songs, and then they should play the lead single off the next album too. Once the tour is over, release the single to radio for november time, release it in december with album 2 following in january 2011. yer they should make it like the gig at cardiff Big weekend but with more songs www.setlist.fm/setlist/feeder/2010/cardiff-big-weekend-cardiff-wales-bd441ce.html

that's interesting - so I don't think we'll get another single from the album as I hoped. And if we do, it may well not contain any b-sides. As sad as it is, but hey, the guys have done 170 or more songs so far, so we can't really complain, can we? i'm not sure I see the link ... we all know Grant is a song writing machine. They usually write and record b-sides as and when, from the stock of ideas / demos he has. It's just a question of having the time to finish songs. Whether we get another single or not ... who knows, but it won't be down to a lack of b-sides ready and waiting!

Haven't posed for awhile since been at Sonisphere and then straight back to work... Well the video is pretty awesome, always nice to see a bit of controvesy. And tits. Not sure about certain elements like why she shouts at some dogs and bites Grant's lip at the end (bet his missus was thrilled about this ). But the best thing is its different, its not the band playing in a warehouse or in front of a green screen with some effects as a side note. So thumbs up from me and I hope they continue the naked girl/balaclave theme...fits with Renegades. I haven't heard the B-Side yet because I wanna wait for the real thing .

For those of you complaining about the naked video, it seems the "censored" version of the video is the live footage version that was released during the Renegades campaign. So you can watch that and enjoy the song, without needing to worry about seeing some extra human body parts

Two reports that the video is an "internet hit" having achieved 500,000 plays in a week! If only 1% of those bought the single, we'd be onto a winner!! Still, it's all good promotion

Still, it's all good promotion 500,000 hits where tho? the official youtube one doesn't even have 5,000 hits? to be honest I think thats total bollocks, someone has got there figures wrong!

yeah I agree with xuenilom... seems a bit out of reach... really? I mean if the YouTube video was up to like 200 to 300K, then ok perhaps... but with it only at 4400, and it being the most popular video site in the world, I have a hard time believing that other sources contain over 99% of the total views for this video.
Perhaps it is the old case of lets add a few 0s to this to make it seem big.

Sending Out Waves sounds awesome, but alas again looks to be too short at 2:36 Not a fan of this 2 minute lark we seem to be falling into!

They did the same when I pre-ordered the album too - got charged straight away even though the album wasn't released for 5 or 6 weeks after that. It's quite annoying, I agree.
