I went to see Unleashed, that film with Jet Lee (probably not spelt right) the other week. I thought it was amazing...but such a random storyline!

Actually I heard its a good in all the reviews I have read so i'll take it back, please. Its not a film but I watched this documentary about this guy who stabbed a fellow inmate of his (he was in prison) 65 things and like all the prison guards were watching, funny thing is, he seemed like such a nice bloke even though he'd like killed two people.

One of my favourite films, Lost Highway, was on TV last night, but as usual I fell asleep and missed it!
Why do they always put the good films on so late? I'm getting old, I can't be expected to be up untill 2am!

I kept looking at my watch waiting for it to end. I did that with Cold Mountain. What the hell was that all about? Yes, it was fun seeing Jack White 'acting', but how long was it? 5 hours!

I saw (most of) a great film last night on ITV! It was called Peeping Tom, and it was about a man who filmed the look of fear on womens' faces as he killed them. I think the thing that amazed me the most was that it was made in 1960, it felt so daring for such an early film. Usually in a film about murders and such like we follow the police as they try to thwart the killer, but this film was told from the perspective of the murderer, so we were made to empathise with him. But, as usual, I fell asleep and missed the last 10 minutes (!), so I have no idea if he was caught, or if he died, or if he got away with it!
"Peeping Tom disgusted the censors and outraged the British Press to such a degree that Director Michael Powell found he had to move to Australia if he wished to continue his filmmaking career!"
I have to see it again!

Do you want to know how it ends or are you going to wait until you watch it again?

Yes please! Tell me how it ended! (it'll probably be a few years before I get round to actually bothering to seek it out!)

the police were closing in on him after he killed a model or something like that, so he confessed to his girlfriend and then stabbed himself and filmed it, as like the end to his Dad's experiment video from when he was young

Brilliant! That film is definately going on my 10 favourite films list! I always long for a decent film in which the bad guy is the 'hero' and it all ends sadly, but Hollywood is too "la la happy ending" to make one.
(thank you ;D)
