I'm really looking forward to this, It seems like a nice change although hopefully it won't interfere with the future of the band.

Feeder are on a break, nothing more. This is just something different before the next Feeder project. I am 100% sure

This has been inevitably coming for years and years, I'm glad it's finally here. Really looking forward to Grant having a bit of creative freedom, but I'm far more relieved that it's just a short break.

I'm looking forward to it. Any predictions from those not too much in the know? I'm going for some experimental-ish acoustic stuff...acoustic guitar and keys.

I think it's safe to say we'll hear his cover of Hurt again, maybe some other stuff similar to that?

I really enjoyed the Acoustics that were on the Borders B-Side. I'm hoping for some original songs that follow that path, alongside a few new Feeder acoustics. I reckon Hey Johnny would be good as an acoustic, and Oh My too...

Just been watching the London acoustic show again, hopefully we'll see some intimate shows with Dean

Really looking forward to this, I think it will be a down beat acoustic number myself.

Hello everyone! I hope Grant will make great music like old times. I thought Muddy Apes would continue old Feeder style but its albums were very similar to "Renegades", even more strange. Generation Freakshow CAN'T be the last Feeder album. It isn't worth it... Feeder should release at least 2 brilliant albums before its end. All my Feeder future expectations are on the new Grant solo project. Grant please don't disappoint us... After Pushing The Senses, Feeder lost more than Grant's original voice. Silent Cry was a good album, but in my opinion, the following albums didn't have "that" tune than first albums had. There are only a few songs which the old Feeder spirit remains. Along The Avenues (It would fit on Echo Park), Miles Away (a little) and Children Of The Sun (Home For Summer 2). I wonder what Grant has been doing since 2013... I think after Generation Freakshow he ran out of ideas so he decided to stop all musician activity until he got inspiration enough to continue making good music. I really want to hear new GN stuff... Cheers from Spain!

So Grant posted a picture on Instagram with the caption 'Recording in the treehouse' with a picture of an acoustic AND a Jazzmaster/ Jag. Perhaps it won't be what most of us expect?

Well, the acoustic guitar features the most on the pictures, so I guess that will be the main instrument used. I think an electric guitar is used on almost every album you could possibly think of. Besides, an acoustic tune could always use some electric notes to accompany it (having songs like Quiet, Fallen or Child in You in mind). But yeah, why not throw one or two Godzilla-like songs in?

One one of the images posted to Facebook Grant commented that he's currently sequencing, so I guess all the songs are finished and we'll hear something fairly soon???

To add to the mystery and intrigue, we recently acquired a new colleague. She's come from a company involved in the production of music videos (can't remember what *exactly* they do, but bare with me) and she mentioned that Grant was scheduled for a shoot recently but cancelled.
So I guess there might be a single/video relatively soon, then!

Please nothing Renegades-esque.

I don't get it, why not just call it a Feeder album? Everyone knows he's the songwriter anyway.
