I know similar things have been done many many many times in the past, but there's been so much activity on here lately that I've got over-excited.
What are your top 10 Feeder songs?
EXCLUSIONS, to make everybody's lives easier: Just a Day / Buck Rogers / Just the Way I'm Feeling
Mine, in no particular order:
My Perfect Day Paperfaces Forget About Tomorrow Morning Life 8:18 Slowburn Wishing for the Sun Murmer Generation Freakshow Feeling a Moment

I trawled back through the forum to try and find my previous top 10. Found top 10 singles, top 10 album tracks and top 10 b-sides... but no overall top 10 lol. Pretty tough...
8:18 is a great pick from yours. Always feel like that's an underappreciated gem.

I could, of course, put the big hits and singles (High, Buck Rogers, Insomnia, Feeling a Moment, Just the Way I'm Feeling) among my favorites as these hits sparked my love for the band in the first place and they are awesome songs.
So I am gonna do something different and list 20 of my underrated tracks (or rarely get played in live shows these days in other words). Also gonna exclude Tallulah for now but several are growing on me.
In no particular order:
Descend Hole in my head Tinsel Town We Can't Rewind Choke Pilgrim Soul We Are the People Who's the Enemy Heads Held High White Lines Sentimental Oh My Idaho Geezer Infrared Ultraviolet Hundred Liars Emily Along the avenue Purify Satellite news

I love this game. If we're allowing 20 songs, I'll impose a rule on myself and pick 2 from each album. I'm also allowing myself a bonus b-side from each era, 'cause it's fun. Here goes: Polythene- My Perfect Day
- Radiation
- Undivided
Yesterday Went Too Soon- You're My Evergreen
- Tinsel Town
- Can't Dance To Disco
Echo Park- We Can't Rewind
- Oxygen
- Slowburn
Comfort in Sound- Find The Colour
- Moonshine
- Opaque
Pushing the Senses The Singles (I don't like Pushing the Senses, so I'm going here instead!)- Shatter
- Burn The Bridges
- Murmer
Silent CryRenegades- White Lines
- This Town
- As Time Goes By
Generation Freakshow- Generation Freakshow
- Hey Johnny
- Arms
All Bright Electric
- Holy Water
- Infrared-Ultraviolet
- Bonus Arrow track: Sirens
Tallulah- Blue Sky Blue
- Shapes and Sounds
- (no b-sides)

Top of my head, not thinking too hard, these are the ten songs that come to mind when I think of my absolute favourite Feeder classics. Tallulah and to a lesser extent Arrow are too recent to have songs in the same place in my mind
1) Come Back Around 2) Silent Cry 3) Just A Day 4) Feeling A Moment 5) Burn The Bridges 6) Universe of Life 7) The Impossible 8) Sunrise 9) Shade 10) Uptight

Okay, here goes: Feeder ProBoards writes the Tallulah tour fantasy setlist.
For fun, here's a set that takes in: - those darned 3 things they'll have to play - the top-voted songs in this thread - the Tallulah tracks they've played live so far
I've allowed 27 songs, which is 1 more song than they played on their longest show on the Best Of tour. I've also followed the Feeder convention of starting the encore with an acoustic song, and allowed for runs of songs that use the same guitar tuning. It's definitely too long, it includes more new songs than will make it to the tour, and it excludes old songs they'll probably play, like 'High' and 'Insomnia', but stepping back... wow, this would be a refreshing show. That encore!!
1. Just the Way I'm Feeling 2. Fear of Flying 3. Youth 4. Feeling a Moment 5. We Can't Rewind 6. White Lines 7. Sirens 8. Generation Freakshow 9. 08:18 10. Kite 11. Oh My 12. Windmill 13. Hole in My Head 14. Tallulah 15. Rodeo 16. Yesterday Went Too Soon 17. Sunrise 18. Daily Habit 19. Blue Sky Blue 20. Buck Rogers
21. Lonely Hollow Days (acoustic) 22. Paperfaces (acoustic) 23. My Perfect Day 24. Undivided 25. Kyoto 26. Descend 27. Just a Day

Probably a little bit too radical as you've recalled nine old songs to the set and chosen a further three that I don't think have ever been played (Sirens, 08:18, Undivided). Would be good though but personally I'd be delighted with a quarter of those changes!
I say this every tour but I'm enthused by G's comments in the recent interview on Gigwise.
"Of course we are going to play some of the songs I know a lot of the older fans will dig, going back to our early stuff like ‘My Perfect Day, 'Stereo World', and even some of our b-sides. We’ve got a lot we can experiment still in with the new stuff. We don’t want people to think we’re just going to play 'Feeling A Moment' every night. That’s the festival kind of set. You have to hit people hard with the songs they know at festivals."
Then once on tour he reverts to type a bit but the sets are very gradually getting more daring but would he seriously consider leaving out 'Feeling A Moment'? Now that would be radical!

It was just the songs that got 3 or 4 votes on this thread. (Many others got 1 or 2). That's a promising line from Grant in that interview. I hope he follows through, although I think it's a bit disingenuous of him to say that hammering the hits every night is just the festival set, 'cause they've been doing it tour after tour for years. I'd be happy if we just got a few singles from CD2 of the 'Best Of'

Yeah that's complete nonsense, there's zero chance of them playing any old bsides. Unless he counts Just a Day lol

I'm pleased to see Sunrise crop up a few times. It was a grower for me and reminds me heavily of the YWTS era. It's the best of early and more modern Feeder.
No one else loves Arms as much as me though?

The gig post of WaitingForChanges has made me have a DejaVu of my old thread about an ideal Feeder setlist. I won't copypaste my proposal here. Instead, I have thought of a special 25th Feeder aniversary setlist in the grand finale of the Tallulah 2019 Tour. It contains songs from all albums and EPs of the whole Feeder discography, with a special emphasis on Tallulah, and some surprises for the most hardcore Feeder fans. Main: 1. Fear Of Flying 2. Feeling A Moment 3. Come Back Around 4. Rodeo 5. Snowblind 6. Renegades 7. Insomnia 8. Daily Habit 9. Bubblehead 10. Shatter 11. Yeah Yeah 12. Tender 13. Geezer 14. Tallulah 15. Sound of Birds 16. Chicken On a Bone 17. Can't Stand Losing You 18. Children Of The Sun 19. Kyoto Encore: 20. Buck Rogers 21. Yesterday Went Too Soon 22. High 23. Descend 24. Breed 25. Just A Day Yeah, the number of songs is intentional... I have created a YouTube video list of the setlist to have some feeling of what would it be like.
