I'm reading Temeraire, a book about dragons (yes, I'm a bit geeky) Now reading the second in the series, Throne of Jade! I'm on a dragon bender at the moment! im sure i was spamming these a few months back! they are incredible. im now reading alison croggon - the gift. read it ages ago and dint enjoy it, but this time i love it. have the second one waiting too!

Brilliant! I love that someone has turned a modern religion condoning the daily use of cannabis into a series of mouse themed children's books!

Reading the "Zombie Survival Guide" at the moment, written as humour, but as the quote on the back says, it's so well researched it's quite scary...

slowly trudging through empire of the sun in response to JG Ballard's passing. One of my favourite films, never got around to reading it... and apparently still can't as i've been so busy!

started rereading Fellowship of The Ring at Warrens last night. stupidly left it at his and he's at camp til sunday night, so suppose i'll either crack on with The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins, or find something else to read

oooo do you own it? if so can i borrow? its the only 1 of his we don't have in the library. if you've not read, i can highly recommend 'a metropolitan murder' (first one with Inspector Deisms Webb) plus 'A Most Dangerous Woman' & 'The Mesmerist's Apprentice' (both as 'L M Jackson', but its same author)

Yep i own it and yes you can borrow. I've read Metropolitan Murder...you lent me it I'm keeping an eye out in charity shops for others.
