Ohai. I'm Fyffe and I'm from the east midlands in England. I got into Feeder through my dad - he played his Polythene, Swim and YWTS CDs (or were they vinyls? I can't remember.) a lot and I regularly listened to them for around 6 years. Unfortunately, when my dad moved away, he took the records with him, and I forgot about Feeder for until relatively recently. Fast forward to late 2011. I hear about Saints Row: The Third, listen to its soundtrack and I find that Feeder have a song on it. The name sounds vaguely familiar, so I look them up and find that they're the band I grew up listening to! In April 2012, I tried learning Buck Rogers on a £20 acoustic (It's an easy song to play and I hadn't played a guitar in 3 years!) but I realised the guitar sounded awful. I upgraded to a rip-off strat a couple of weeks later and last month I bought a Sunburst Squier Jazzmaster, after Grant's signature guitar. My favourite Feeder album is probably YWTS; IMO their early work was more hit-and-miss (making for some great songs but some poor ones, too), and their more recent songs seem to be middle ground, for want of a better word. I can play around 15 Feeder songs on guitar - some far more competently than others; I can play Shatter in its entirety but only the intro to Godzilla, for example. I've sadly yet to see Feeder live; festivals are ruled out as I never have enough money, and they haven't done a gig near enough to where I live for a while That's enough about me, I guess.

Hello,
I am Adam. I'm a 15 Year Old, and I am Motorsports obsessed! Feeder are my absolute favourite band. I first discovered them on Christmas Day of 2001, when I first played Gran Turismo 3, and have been a huge fan ever since. I am about to learn Guitar and have been writing song lyrics for years, I find it to be a good outlet. I would love to be a musician when I'm older, but my more realistic dream is to be a Motorsport Journalist.
I enjoy writing lyrics a lot, and have wrote all sorts of music, but I've noticed I seem to write in a similar style to my favourite band, which is no bad thing. I hope for a long, fun and Feeder-educational time on this site!
Thanks, Adam.

Hi, I hope I'm on the right page here as the last one to introduce themselves seems to be in 2013!!! I was reading about Grant doing a solo album the other day and it reminded me of how much I love the band. First time I saw them was back in 2001 when they were supporting Stereophonics at Wembley Arena (one of my all time favourite gigs). I've seen them at various venues in London and also the 02 Academy in Leeds (where I am from originally). Look forward to contributing my views, if occasionally a load of rubbish(!) on here, relating to Feeder and other random topics and no doubt making the occasional error.

Hello all,
I'm Andrew, I'm 19 years old from St. Albans, UK. I am obsessed with Motorsports and a massive Feeder Fan. I first became a fan back in 2005 when I got both Gran Turismo 3 and Gran Turismo 4 and heard their songs in the game. Ever since then I have been a huge fan.
My favourite album is probably Silent Cry.

Silent Cry is definitely a favourite of mine too... then again they all are! I think Echo Park is probably my favourite, possibly because it was the first album I ever bought Anyway, welcome to the forum

Hi all! My name is David and I am a reporter for a national news agency based in the UK (www.catersnews.com) I write for all of the national newspapers over here and also syndicate our stories around the world. I'm looking to do a story on a mutual feeder couple about their lives and was wondering whether anyone would be interested in being featured. Not only do I write for the national newspapers, but we also have a features department here who write for the women's lifestyle magazines. The upside of being featured in the women's mags is that they can pay for their content, which is money you can use for yourself. If anyone is interested in being in the newspapers, please get in touch on davidaspinall@catersnews.com. I look forward to hearing from you Thanks
