Iwan picked up his World Cup winners medal and trophy this afternoon (his team won a local football tournament as Argentina, beating the Germans in the final. He scored a terrific header - one of the best I've ever seen from a 5 year old... although I would say that.) Sadly, no Real Madrid scouts were around at the time.

There are some great photos (and captions) from an astronaut here: triggerpit.com/2010/11/22/incredible-pics-nasa-astronaut-wheelock/Sixteen sunsets a day. I like the photo of Europe at night with the Northern Lights in the distance. I was wondering why some of the human created lights were blurry - fog of course. And the shadow of that mountain looks like someone from the Klu Klux Klan.

Soooooo yeah, I'm a little bit obsessed with origami... Made the bunny for chinese new year, the crane was just for random. HERE BE A DRAGON. The rose also turned into a cube. Ninja Star! MEGA NINJA STAR! And anyone who's played Heavy Rain will understand this one.

I always into Origami before I heard about Heavy Rain. A friend pointed it out to me that Origami plays a great deal in the storyline. Sadly, I don't own a PS3 so I can't play it, but read up on it's story. A friend of mine was a big fan of the game so I made him every origami model found in the storyline for his birthday (mainly because I'm poor and I believe making something holds more significance than buying something) Took me forever to make it all look like the way it does in game, complete with the scribbles on the paper and the mud splatters. Worth the effort though.

I can confirm that Jodrell Bank is a good place for music festivals...
