Will do. I'll probs just make half though and do 12 plain cakes with icing. I don't think Nikki will like them and I know L is funny with chocolate things.

Today I made Sweet & Sour pork and egg fried rice!
I set the fire alarm off on the first attempt and the whole block had to be evacuated, but it was worth it for the taste! Very proud of myself.

Wow, you baked a lot! Those brownies look so yummy! (recipe? ;D ) 250g unsalted butter 100g good quality dark chocolate, broken up 100g good quality milk chocolate broken up 50g cocoa powder, sifted 75g self raising flour, sifted 150g caster sugar 150g soft light brown sugar 4 large free-range eggs (woo, get me working in grams!) Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a bowl over a pan of simmering water until smooth and glossy, add the flour, cocoa powder and sugars and beat until smooth. Beat the eggs and add to mixture, mixing well. If using extras such as nuts, cherries etc add these now. I only use chocolate ''cos its all my boys will eat, but i've made them with walnuts before which i thought were lush! Pour into lined baking tin (i used 2 deep square cake tins) and add some chopped chocolate (adding it now at this later stage stops it from melting completely into the mixture). Bake in oven for 25 minutes, cool in tin and then turn out onto a sheet of greaseproof paper and cut into squares.
