Howdy all, This is absolutely a shameless plug, but I'm doing it for a good cause! In just under 3 weeks I'm going to be doing a sponsored Relay in aid of Cancer Research. The difference? This relay goes over 24 hours! For a full day between the 21st and 22nd of July, at least 2 members of our small team will need to be on the track, which means if it's split evenly, I'll be walking for around 8 hours! For those who don't know me, I lost my dad after a very short and aggressive battle with cancer just over 4 years ago. He was my best friend, and didn't deserve any of the pain and anguish that he went through. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy, and so I've tried my hardest to make as much money for cancer research as I possibly can. If anyone can spare anything, even if it's £1, I'd be enormously grateful, and hopefully we can contribute a bit more to getting rid of this horrific disease! cruk.convio.net/site/TR/RelayForLife/General?px=1004547&pg=personal&fr_id=1126Many thanks

The event was scaled back slightly from 24 hours due to the weather in the end, overall it went for 8 hours or so, of which I managed to stay on the track for around 4 and a half/5 hours! I am aching today, but it was worth it. If you could donate anything, it's not too late to yet!
