Yeah, I know it's late but I'm bored .
Let's hear your best of 2012:
Album Of The Year: Of Monsters & Men- My Head Is An Animal
I find this an extremely tough decision. Two of my favourite bands ever, Feeder & The Gaslight Anthem, both released really good albums, as did Bruce Springsteen, a hero of mine. But for me, Of Monsters & Men's is just musically & lyrically stunning.
Song Of The Year: Bruce Springsteen- Wrecking Ball
Extremely powerful song which I'm picking here for personal reasons too.
Gig Of The Year: Bruce Springsteen- Etihad Stadium
Incredible. Puts virtually everyone I've seen before him to shame. 3 hours and 45 minutes of pure energy and showmanship. Frank Turner at Wembley Arena is second, that was a special one.
Film Of The Year: The Dark Knight Rises
Absolutely loved it, except the ending...not quite so much. Can't think of anything I enjoyed more though.
Game Of The Year: Mass Effect 3
Mass Effect 3 had it's problems (again with the ending!) but I think it just scrapes this. Haven't played Assassins Creed 3 or Halo 4 though, so this could change!
TV Show Of The Year: The Walking Dead
Has to be. Absolutely has to be. It's just the best!
Hero Of The Year: Mo Farah
How he didn't win Sports Personality Of The Year I will never know. Well, okay maybe Wiggo deserved it. To not come second was a travesty though. But for me both his golds were absolutely amazing moments and highlights of my year!
And anything else you want to add .
