So excited, waiting inside for doors to open! Setlists at the first two dates look promising to say the least.

I videoed a bit [of Piece by Piece]. You can hear the chatterers too much, but I'll post it if no one else posts the song. Would you mind? That'd be ace. Nothing's surfaced yet.

Get fed up how gig goers are treated with regard to ticket purchases ie with regard to refunds. We ought to protest more perhaps. However, I shall still continue to see live music - Feeder are one of the best! The extra insurance a lot of them charge now is a rip-off, as if fees weren't enough already. I can recommend the Dice app - though they don't have a huge range of gigs, I've saved a few pounds by using them. It's annoying they don't deliver the ticket to the phone until 2 hours before the gig though (to help beat touts, they say) as I've had problems getting Internet access on two occasions. One time I didn't succeed, but my name was on a list anyway. I hate it when Grant does his cheering votes as they nearly always go the wrong way as far as I'm concerned. I saw Sweet 16 miss out so many times in a 'cheering vote' until Grant finally stopped messing around and just played it, then it quickly became a set regular. I agree - it's pretty much always going to be the track that was the most popular single or album. There was Turn vs 7DITS last year, and I don't think most people heard Grant suggest Turn. Maybe I should get up front in Birmingham and shout for Cement! I did request it on Facebook and Grant liked my post so fingers crossed...

It seems to be my first upload in 4 years excluding my own band, so you're lucky! My Internet connection's quite slow tonight. It should appear here by about 9:35pm GMT: youtu.be/oePK9IPku-k

Was also gutted there was no Cement or MPD. I've only ever heard MPD in Norwich for CIS tour but never since. It was brilliant gig though. Was it just me or was JAD played at double the normal speed? Haha

I've only ever heard MPD in Norwich for CIS tour but never since. It was brilliant gig though. Was it just me or was JAD played at double the normal speed? Haha I was hitting them down on my phone as the gig went along! I loved the majority of the songs we heard to be fair, the glaring exception being Figure You Out. I love the track, but it felt so limp (particularly the verses) in a live atmosphere. I feel Veins or Arrow would have been a better option from the latest set. Just a Day definitely felt sped up, expecially towards the end, as did Buck Rogers (though that’s been played fast live for as long as I’ve been going to gigs - since 2010). I was SO HAPPY to finally hear a song from Silent Cry live. Not a huge fan of the acoustic version of SC, and it’s not one of my favourites on that album (but then it is my top Feeder album - so that’s not a bad thing), but hopefully this is a sign Grant has finally got over his Silent Cry allergy he seemingly developed as soon as the album was released!

Disappointing songs choices for Norwich, I'm getting worried that the great setlist revival is losing steam already. Have just bought a ticket for an extra gig as well.

Yes, Norwich would have been my closest. Glad I decided to skip this tour!

'My Perfect Day' potentially dropped and, of three gigs, just one outing each for 'Cement' and 'Piece by Piece'. And no sign yet of 'Forget About Tomorrow', which they played in the dressing room at Wrexham, or 'Who's the Enemy', which was down as a possibility for Bristol. Come on, Feeder.

I feel Veins or Arrow would have been a better option from the latest set. I thought it sounded great in Wrexham. I thought the song was too slow on early listens, but I love it now. It's a good change of pace in a live set too - the traditional sort of Feeder guitars, but slower than similar tracks. It works really well for me. Disappointing songs choices for Norwich, I'm getting worried that the great setlist revival is losing steam already. Have just bought a ticket for an extra gig as well. That still looks great to me - especially with extra songs. Down to the River being my favourite song from Renegades helps, but there are still a few lesser played tracks in there. I'm also enjoying seeing that the sets are being mixed up more so than recent years, even if it means I do miss out on Down to the River!

Extra insurance seems to cover things like lost tickets but not if you can't get to a gig '''cos of the weather or ill etc. Still getting used to this forum as a bit out of touch (as you can probably see).

And no sign yet of 'Forget About Tomorrow', which they played in the dressing room at Wrexham This is what I'm holding out for. WHY tease it and then not play it on the tour?!

WHY tease it and then not play it on the tour?! I hold out some hope that ‘Forget About Tomorrow’ will turn up at least once on this tour - maybe in the ‘Silent Cry’ slot, although I’d love to hear that song too. I’m more annoyed that Grant and Taka tweet about rehearsing 50 songs then don’t follow through. This is the second tour they’ve done it. Don’t get me wrong, I really like ‘Down to the River’, but it was a staple of the ‘Renegades’ and ‘Generation Freakshow’ tours, so I’d rather hear something else.

First post for a while!
I'm hoping they don't go back to their typical setlist. Of the songs that have been mentioned, I am really hoping that I get MPD, FAT and Stereo World. Who's the Enemey would be good as well.
To get the re-recorded MPD, did you have to buy a ticket in the pre-sale? I didn't know if I would be able to go so only bought my ticket about a month ago and haven't received it.

You're fine here. It's on topic and if you go back a few years you'll see pretty much every thread went off topic! To get the re-recorded MPD, did you have to buy a ticket in the pre-sale? That’s exactly what I did in Bristol for Cement and Stereo World! Didn’t work for Piece By Piece unfortunately. Also, just to bring up the whole shouting vote thing again- it’s massively flawed in that Grant just says “who wants to hear Piece By Piece?” There was genuinely a part of me that hesitated, because I didn’t know what the other option was! I mean yes, I definitely want to hear Piece By Piece, but what if the next option is “who wants to hear Feel It Again?” despite it being really unrealistic, a part of me did hesitate just in case!

Would be more than happy to hear the Manchester set when I'm at Leeds on Tuesday as it has Piece by Piece, Stereo World, My Perfect Day, Yesterday Went Too Soon and Silent Cry. Also Shatter is back in. Not sure why Tender has also made a come back though, could we perhaps have Turn instead! And as I'm no great fan of Children of the Sun perhaps Cement in the encore. Sorted.
