Poor Clare. Hey, there's an order of nuns called the Poor Clares, but you probably know that already.

;D Well, perhaps a holiday at a convent would ease back the strain, come heal your pain?

The holiday I'd wish the most in these days is a week-end in Cinque Terre, an half an hour train trip from here... If only I had a boyfriend.... Yes, it's a very romantic place to be.... I'd like to swim in that transparent green water, sunbathing laying on a rock, enjoying the pines fresh shadow in a hidden little bay, all cuddling in front of a sunset or in front of another awesome landscape.... I saw Cinque Terre twice in this week, on my way to and from Milan, because the train runs along the coast...It's amazing..... I took this pic from the train window...It's near Cinque Terre and I feel the need to dive into this water right now.....

Wow ... that looks ace ... we'll be there in like 7 weeks time Cinque Terre are much better than the area I took this pic! I don't suggest badly to my friends! Once there try farinata genovese...One of my favourite food!

It's a kind of omelette made with milk, salt, olive oil, chickpeas flour, cooked in the wood-burning oven and served hot with pepper on!! So yummy!! And first of all: it's cheap!! Because the main dish of Cinque terre is fish and seashells, which can be quite expensive... If I can suggest you: in the morning, before going to the sea, go to a bakery's or some pizzeria where pizza is sold by the slice and buy pizza, focaccia and farinata to take away and have a pic-nic by the sea: you'll save a lot! But take the lovely Nance out for dinner once, in a romantic place where you can see the sea and an orange/violet sunset!! Hey!! I'm off to work on 2nd of September!! Will you be still at the Cinque Terre or is it the day you'll leave for Florence?

it would be great to see you and get all your local tips on what to do / where to go / what to eat etc! Nance and I were taking arrangements to meet up for Florence/Pisa/Lucca: so I can chaperone you if you like!! Expecially in Florence, which can be very expensive: you could pay 10€ for a tin of coke!! We talked about also a short hop in Pietrasanta, as trains from Cinque Terre to Florence stops here. But I don't want to overload you with additional tiredness!! If you need tips and help in Cinque Terre, just call me: Nance's got my mobile number. I won't be there. I don't want to play goosberry in a such romantic place!!
