*sigh* word of advice people - if you EVER need to change a delivery address with seetickets, ring them as asap, forget faffing bout with the email thing they tell you to do on the website. i got nowhere with emailig, then 'cos of moving and everything else i didn't get chance to call them to change delivery address of my brixton ticket until last thursday. when i finally got through they informed me it had been dispatched that day.......... it didn't arrive friday (when lindsey was still in house) nor did it arrive saturday (when stace could've signed for it) far as i'm aware its yet to arrive 'cos though landlords know to look out for it, she texted stace today about some post for her, but not got in touch with me. is post that needs a siginature, which means there's likely to be a failed delivery card put through, which i will need to arrange re-delivery. order tracker on website just says its been sent have a horrible feeling i'm not gonna get hold of my ticket and yes i KNOW i should probably have rung them earlier to change delivery address but i was waiting on the email response and i wasn't frigging expecting it to be dispatched the day i rang them

do SeeTickets use Royal Mail or is it a private courier type service ... I can't recall ?! Royal Mail, as I've received this e-mail reguarding my Brixton ticket: Recently many orders to overseas addresses, although sent via secure mail, have been lost in the post. We are unable to track items through the Royal Mail system once they have left the UK. Therefore, lost tickets cannot be replaced. To minimise risk of loss we require that you collect your tickets at the venue of the show.I emailed them few days ago asking if I can collect also my Astoria ticket from the venue box office, as I'll be leaving soon and I'm afraid my ticket won't arrive in time, but I had no reply!

*update* seetickets were really really helpful on the phone, gave me all the post office details which meant i could go online and arrange redelivery. though, 'cos it was a special delivery they won't delivery to a different address, either original address or charge you 50p to collect from a post office - and only a post office within sorting office district. so i arranged to go all the way up to crouch end to get it this morning... got there about half11, only for the guy to say "oh... postman hasn't been yet! can you come back at 1pm?!" *roll eyes* ok, fair enough that it wasn't there yet, but surely they could say that on the website when you arrange this, to say "pick up from PO on wed 12th, after 1pm"..... royal mail

would have probably been easier to just order a new one!
Ive gotta pick my Glos tickets up from the venue. They asked if I wanted them delivered for 50p extra per ticket, but I dont trust our PO at all. I drive past the venue every day so....
