Bastards! OK, January 26th. In case you don't know, that's Australia Day, when Captain Cook put his booted foot on Sydney's soil and a day when people whoop, yell, drape themselves in flags and get pissed. It just happens that in a relatively quiet neighbourhood I live across the road from a house full of shitheads. They're in their 20s, I think, and all they do is have dumb parties. Australia day gave them just another excuse. They've been partying since about lunch time, it's now 7 pm and they'll still be going come 11. And if past experience tells me anything, there'll be a HUGE screaming match at about 11 of which I'll be able to hear every word. What fun I can hear from their radio that apparently some muse song got Triple J Hottest 100 (blueagh I hate Muse but I expected no less) I have a headache bad enough to make me feel sick, they have the radio turned up really loud and they're yelling. I feel highly tempted to egg them. They're always having these parties with no consideration for everyone else in the street. They live next door to this poor public servant and they use his driveway as a skate park. I'd go over at 6:00 AM in the morning and play opera loudly or something and hear them groan, but unfortunately they're not even hung over in the morning, they're still drinking. Personally I think people like this should die by having their ears smashed out by their own speakers. It's no less than they deserve.

They don't do nothing. Ah well, they're not partying tonight. I survived but I slept badly cause I had to close the window (not a great idea in Canberran summer)

The drunk people staggering out of Consett on friday and saturday night have caused a fair bit of destruction in the 2 years I've lived here. Usually they take it out on the bus stop right next to my house. But they are really funny to watch walking down... well stumbling down the middle of the road... quite a few take to walking straight into the wall that divides my street to the main road. It's funny to watch, especially when the police come along

One time these idiots tried to kill the neighbour's dog because it was barking I also heard them talking about wanting to bash up a cab driver.....

The Police won't come down unless you say there's fighting and shizzle I find. I think most councils have like a specific sound control person who measures sound then makes them turn it down though, I seen it on one of those tele-box programmes!
