Your brother younger than you by any chance? yeah by 2 years... what difference would that make though?

2nd born are notorious for going off the rails, especially if you've done well for yourself.

wow, thanks Ath for that optimistic observation. I am 2 years younger than my brother and as yet I am a well adjusted person and have not gone off the rails at all...

The exception then!
It's true with most people I know.
On the up side, 2nd borns tend to be more artistic and creative...

my younger sister is not a chav or one of those street kids but she's a pain in the arse more than i am! i guess instead of saying the second born is the worst its best to say 'you can never get 2 of the same'

I would hate to have two of the same!
I have a brother and two sisters, and I'm the third child. We're all incredibly different it's quite scary, but you can see similar traits pop out occasionally, like my brother and older sisters short tempers, mine and my younger sisters easy going nature with occasional, and intense, anger spikes.
My brother was the second and never went off the rails at all. He's always been good really, but he does argue with my parents something chronic, and he does have incredibly warped sense of right and wrong at times. Not anything serious but there are times when the rest of us are hearing the arguments and thinking "how the fuck can he think that he's in the right?!"
I'm the third and as have already said I went off a bit, but not completely, and recovered pretty quickly.
My younger sister just doesn't have a malicious bone in her body. She rarely does the teenage rebellion thing but then I suppose our parents are so easy going it'd be hard to really rebel.

just got legged around my local by a group of chavs. fuckin' knobheads.
its time like that i like having an older brother with mates who practically live at our house. he came out running with them to escort me back home! love it.
he did the same a year or so ago when I got attacked on my way home. him and his mates were in his room, and he just disappeared for an hour. came back panting and sweating and his mates were like "we thought you'd gone to the shop" but he'd run two miles down the road to try and find the fuckers who attacked me! he can be such a sweet boy at times.

Unfortunately no.
I watched Street Wars last night, about teenagers who start fires and then attack the firemen.
What the actual fuck would lead somebody to attack a fireman or paramedic? I can understand (in some fucked up way) why people strike out against the police. They're often viewed as the manifest of a rotten, decaying system... but paramedics and firemen?! I can't see how somebodies imagination can be stretched that far.

i got 'verbally insulted' by a group of chavs aged 15ish whilst with my mam on the way to the train station, the insults included 'heeeey sexy', 'you're fit' and 'wolf-whistles' - okay not bad ones but cheeky! but hey, hear the others i got; 'can you suck my dick?' 'wanna have sex with me?' 'can't you cheat on your boyfriend for me?' 'or at least sit on my face?' not a way to woo a lady for a start!
