By the way, I'm always astonished that physical promo are released, in this digital era. Also a very good point. Especially seeing as we haven't have a proper single release, but there have been physical promos for the singles

5 track promo cassette for Insomnia just went for £45.44!
Was keeping an eye out to see what kind of price it would go for as I have never seen it before but to me that's crazy money!
Can't see it on feeder anorak so does anyone know the true value?
Also noticed that Two Colours 7" (number 20) was sold for £70 which appears reasonable.

Fairly sure it's on the feeder anorak site, I had a look myself a week or so back when it first appeared. But it does seem that feeder stuff has been going for crazy amounts on eBay the last few months!

www.ebay.com/itm/322709978904Listed a big lot of stuff that I have no idea if it will sell because shipping from the US is absurdly expensive, but I'd be remiss if I didn't share it here. Lots of old vintage stuff. Tees from 1996, Best Days In The Sun, Jon signed memorabilia, and around 70 other random pieces. Have a look if you'd like! And more being listed during this week as well. www.ebay.com/sch/jezebel_seven/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from= for a link to all my auctions!

That seller has been selling a lot of Feeder stuff lately ... maybe they're a collector and they're having a clearout?
Also, I think Feederweb had trouble shifting these entirely, so maybe he bought a few in a sale once?! I remember going to the Feederweb office once and they had a large stack of these just waiting to be sold!

Maybe. Tonight he is selling AGAIN a Best Of Test Press... And a Veins promo CD. He has a lot of money or some of them are fakes. I don't know a collector that owns so many copies of limited editions.

Hi Bruce they definitely ain't fake. I listed the lithograph as a buy it now for 30 days and it didn't sell so I re listed it in auction. I bought a copy of the test pressing and as originally listed - There was a tear in the cover and the autographs were smudged so I wanted it gone. I then got hold of another test press which was in a job lot and true to form of Townsend music - It was in a terrible state also. I just re listed the records instead of making a new ad. Keep an eye out as I have plenty to list including Buck Rogers white label and the POPY lithograph. Cheers

Thanks for the explanation. I wasn't the only one to be sure that the PTS lithograph was sold for near £120 in a "classic auction". I've seen some fake Feeder's test press on the market. And with the latest crazyness about Feeder, I tend to be more and more (and more and more...) careful.

The ‘Another Day on Earth’ promo went for over £50 today. I put a bid in myself (it’s never a bad idea to get a second copy) but baulked at that price!
On the other hand I did get a few bits and bobs recently, including a Russian cassette of Echo Park, the promo CD for The Best Of, and a couple of US Roadrunner promos that I was missing.

I imagine most of you are already eyeballing my most recent listing but there's less than 24 hours left so thought I'd make sure anyone interested was on it: www.ebay.com/itm/322816147169Practically ancient Monitor Mixes cassette (and throwing in a two tracker tape for good measure). Possibly a lead up in recording Two Colours? There are some versions I have never heard anywhere else on them. Chicken on a Bone is different than the Two Colours version, Pictures of Pain has longer intro, you can hear Jon's drumsticks counting them into the song, bridge lyrics, and a very short feedback end. Forgiven is similar to the Swim version but has a different fade out, and WIT is the "early version" that has gone around youtube occasionally, its quite different in many ways. There's a handful of watchers, so I just want to be sure everyone gets their bids in and isn't outbid by 2 pence in the last 3 seconds. Good luck if you're bidding, and if there's anything you saw on my listings that hasn't sold yet, feel free to make a reasonable offer through ebay.
