Got it. Like it. Not perfect, but as close to it as Feeder have been in five years. I welcome the band back to heavy rotation - been missing you ...

Why can't FeederHQ be clearer on their offerings ...

Glad I didn't now! It's a great track though!

I preordered the whole album on Tunes for Miles Away, but i'm not too worried, it's another album sale, that's the most important thing

One word. HEADSTRONG. Wow.
I know someone said the Youtube preview didn't do the tracks justice, but it completely warped my impression of the album. I thought Quiet sounded epic and Headstrong and In All Honesty sounded formulaic.
Quiet might redeem itself on future listens and the chorus is still beautiful, but I thought the pace changes were a little too harsh - they seem to come from nowhere.
But Headstrong? Amazing. Stand out track on first listen.

Why can't FeederHQ be clearer on their offerings ... Agreed. I thought originally i'd just paid 99p for 'Miles Away' on it's own but having looked at my iTunes balance, apparently not. iTunes automatically downloaded the album as I pre-ordered it & didn't get chance to cancel it. It's another album sale so I'm not too bothered but still it is shoddy.

Finally arrived, had a coupe of listens this morning.
Best songs for me: Sunrise, Borders, Generation Freakshow and Tiny Minds.
Good album overall, looking forward to a few more listens today and see how it grows.

Exactly ... this is what happened for me today ... no chance to cancel, iTunes just downloaded it when I opened the application. Had I known that the track would be available individually, I would've just downloaded it on it's own. Sure, it's nice that Feeder have another sale, but, I've bought the album 4 times (recordstore signed, sandbag unsigned, LP and iTunes) not to mention the promo and Japanese versions. If I could've saved a few quid then I would ... it's a good job I love this band!

After several more listens I think Sunrise is emerging as my clear favourite.
Miles Away is alright, nothing spectacular though.

I think sunrise is also my favourite at the moment but it's very close. Looks like the album is doing well on the amazon chart at the moment, it's number 4 in the top 100 mp3 albums. But it is £5 which is very good.

Also I'm agreeing more and more with those of you who said 'Oh My' is a grower. Liked it at first listen, love it now.

Just popped into my local Tesco's to buy the new Dragon Tattoo BD, and sadly Freakshow was nowhere to be seen. Now, I know Tesco's chart is a law unto itself at times, but I distinctly remember Renegades being available on day of release in the top 20 on the Tesco chart.
In small towns like mine (and with the sad demise of Woolworths and Zavvi), the supermarkets are the only way to buy CDs in a proper shop.
It's sad if Tesco aren't stocking this, as the album demands to be listened to by as wide an audience as possible. If there's no visibility, people might not even know this is out yet!
